What does Michael Franzese Specialty Coffee taste like?
It's a smooth medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts. It's naturally low in acidity, so it's easy to drink black or with your favorite additions.
Where is the coffee from?
Our beans are 100% Arabica, grown on high-altitude farms in Honduras and washed-processed for a clean, balanced cup.
Is it organic?
Yes. Our coffee is USDA Organic, certified organic by CCOF.
Is it whole bean or ground?
Our coffee comes as whole bean in a 2 lb bag, so you can grind it fresh just before brewing. Use a coarse grind for French press and cold brew, medium for drip and pour-over, and fine for espresso.
How fresh is it?
Every bag is small-batch roasted to order, so your coffee is roasted after you place your order, not before.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep the beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from heat and moisture. We don't recommend the refrigerator.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are roasted to order and usually ship within 5–7 business days. We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $75 or more.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose Subscribe & Save on the product page to save 15% on every order. Your coffee is delivered on the schedule you choose and your payment method is charged automatically for each order.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date, using the links in your order emails or your customer account. See our Cancellation Policy.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because coffee is a food product, we accept returns of unopened bags within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Gift Cards
How do gift cards work?
Our digital gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200. They're emailed to the recipient on the date you choose, can be used storewide and never expire.

Can I sell your coffee in my store or café?
