Shipping policy

Michael Franzese Coffee is freshly roasted to order and usually ship within 5-7 business days. Customers will receive an email notice their order is delayed. Our customer service team can suggest another coffee, or refund your order.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Please note: We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier and method so your coffee arrives fresh and fast! We use the following carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders are shipped with discounted ground shipping rates.
